  • What are the payment methods available?
    Offline bookings are only accepted through bank transfers.
  • Can I get a refund after booking?
    After booking offline and paying the deposit, it serves to reserve the accommodation for your chosen period; therefore, refunds are not available.
  • Can you issue an invoice with a company tax ID?
    Yes, invoices with company tax IDs can be issued. Rental payments will be invoiced electronically and sent to your email address.
  • How to terminate the contract after check-in?
    Refunds are not accepted after check-in. If you have stayed for more than two months, you must pay the rent for the current month in full and compensate with an additional month's penalty fee for early termination. For example: Lease period: 2023/05/01-2023/12/31 If you provide written (or through messaging apps) notice of contract termination on 2023/9/15, the rent must be paid until 2023/10/14, and an additional one month's rent must be paid as a penalty to the landlord.
  • Why is a deposit required?
    The deposit serves to ensure that the room remains undamaged during use and guarantees the tenant's adherence to the contract terms. Assuming there are no outstanding fees, damages, or breaches of agreement by the tenant, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant's bank account within three working days after check-out.
  • How to sign a rental agreement offline?
    1. Add the official LINE account as a friend. 2. After confirming the details of the room, a link will be provided for tenants to fill in basic leasing information, facilitating the subsequent preparation of the electronic contract. 3. Within one day of receiving the contract, the tenant completes the review, signs, returns it and pays the deposit (equivalent to the first month's rent). Another deposit is paid the day before check-in. Note: The deposit amount varies according to the booked room type: Suite - 20,000 NTD, Studio & Apartment - 35,000 NTD
  • Why is a deposit required?

    In accordance with the “Rental Housing Market Development and Regulation Act“ we only provide accommodations for stays of 30 nights or more.
  • Is there a garbage collection service available?
    There are large garbage bins in the 2F common area. Tenants can take their garbage downstairs and dispose of it by sorting it accordingly.
  • How to wash and dry clothes?
    There is no dedicated space for drying clothes on site. For the Cozy & Traveller Suites, there is free access to a communal laundry facility with washing and drying machines. The Studio & Apartment units are equipped with individual washer-dryers.
  • We do not have an on-site parking lot, but there are monthly rental parking options nearby that you can inquire about.

  • Is there an Ethernet port in the room?
    Each room type has only one Ethernet port available, designated for Internet TV use only. For personal use of the Ethernet port, please consult with the staff. (Cozy Suites do not provide an Ethernet port.)
  • What kitchen equipment is available in the apartment?
    If your room includes kitchen facilities, it is equipped with: induction cooker, cookware, knives, cutting board, bowls, plates, utensils, scissors, bottle opener, and mugs.
  • What does the weekly cleaning service include?
    The weekly cleaning service includes changing bed linens and towels, removeing trash, cleaning floors, kitchen countertops, and bathroom cleaning.
  • Is the living environment safe?
    There are surveillance cameras in all public areas. Each room and the corridors in public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. Every floor has fire safety equipment and fire extinguishers, with regular inspections and certifications conducted annually by qualified fire safety companies and fire departments.
  • How far is the accommodation from the MRT station?
    Approximately an 8-minute walk from Exit 1 of Fuzhong MRT Station on the Bannan Line.
  • Is there cable TV (第四台) in the room?
    The TV in the room is internet-based, and it does not have cable TV channels. You can enjoy free access to YouTube, and if you have a Netflix account, you can log in and use it at your convenience."
